Vanessa's Bridal Shower ... Beyond Fabulous!

OK so this blog post is WAY overdue but we just had to share it with you anyway! Vanessa was one of our most favorite brides of the year! We met with her and her very fabulous mom, Jorgelina last year to design her ultra glamorous wedding stationery suite. {Which BTW, was amazing...stay tuned for pics of Vanessa & Patrick's wedding stationery ... coming soon!} After meeting with them to discuss the wedding paper, Jorgelina set up a secret meeting with us to design invites and accessories for Vanessa's bridal shower as well. We came up with this super cute design that incorporated the silhouette of a girl that had a crystal on her hand that looked like an engagement ring along with a motif made of pink handbags that each had a crystal rhinestone on them, too. Let me tell you...it was the most adorable yet sheik shower design we have created to date. The totally hot color scheme of fushia, teal and bright white really made this bridal shower look and feel more like a sophisticated cocktail party rather than a wedding shower. And of course Vanessa, who couldn't be more adorable and gracious, looked like she had a wonderful time that day visiting and celebrating with all of the special ladies in her life! Pampered Bride Weddings did a crazy fabulous job coordinating all of the details and design elements while Josh Lynn Photography captured the gorgeous day with their awesome photos ... check out a few shots below!

Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!

It’s that time of year again ... LETTERS FROM SANTA CLAUS!

We had great success in the last few years and it always proves to be a fun-filled holiday experience for all of us. My staff and I always have a wonderful time creating all of the letters for the children and we get amazing feedback from many parents detailing the magical reactions from the kids! Needless to say, we are looking forward to getting started again this year!

If you know of anyone that would be interested in having a letter sent to their child, from Santa, you can share this blog with your fiends and family. Below is our flyer which includes all of the details and instructions. If you have any questions...feel free to call (973.545.2475) or email (cam@camturnerdesign.com) anytime.

Happy Holidays!

Our Favorite Love Story of The Year!

Heather + Anthony tied the knot at the beautiful Stone House in Sterling Ridge in September. They had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony followed by an intimate dinner reception with their closest family members and friends. They were not only one of the sweetest couples we had the honor of working with this year but their story just captured our hearts from the day we met them. They dated over a decade ago with an unhappy ending but recently rekindled their romance...and as we sat during our first design meeting it was SO apparent that they both knew they were two of the luckiest people in the world to have found each other again after all of their years apart. They are truly one of our favorite couples that we've ever had the chance to work with!

So once we got started, we created a super fabulous wedding stationery collection for them that included a layered flourish design and custom monogram. The rich color palette of espresso, mink, candlelight ivory and raspberry tied everything together and made all of their paper goods really stand out with a contemporary, yet vintage style. All of the pieces were presented on shimmery card stocks and embellished with mink {taupe} ribbon and crystal rhinestones. From the metallic bronze pocket folder invitation to the hanging escort cards, all of the paper details really set the tone for the soft and lovely ambiance the couple had envisioned.

The girls at Pampered Bride Weddings, lead by Jenny Orsini, did a stellar job on coordinating the event details {Always fabulous, PBW!!} and the gorgeous floral arrangements were designed by Lisa at A Touch of Elegance. The custom aisle runner was made by The Original Runner Company and the beautiful photos displayed below were taken by Laura Bruen Photographer.

Congrats, Heather and Tony....We wish you many years of happiness and we hope you continue to rekindle that flame year after year! Cheers! Link

A Zen Wedding ... ohm!

Krista + Karl were married at The First Presbyterian Church in Sparta followed by a fabulous reception at The Park Avenue Club in Florham Park. Their soothing color palette of pewter and tangerine completely set the tone for the relaxed, "Zen" vibed wedding they had envisioned. We worked with this very laid back couple to design a wonderful stationery set that suited their personalities to a tee. It included a pewter pocket folder invitation that incorporated a double ribbon and a floral band motif {both in tangerine} that was carried throughout their entire collection of paper goods. From the custom wedding monogram and invites, to the lovely "day of" pieces that included programs, escort cards and even a custom aisle runner for their ceremony, all of their items were a gorgeous combination of classic elegance with a bit of a modern feel. All of the pieces were printed on our white metallic shimmer card stock which gave everything that extra special shine. And, as usual, Kara and Laura of My Bellissima set all of the details in motion for a beautifully coordinated day!! {Amazing job, ladies!} Take a peek at the stunning photos provided to us by Jamie K Photography.

Congrats once again to Krista and Karl...we had great fun working with you and your families!

Modern Elegance in Atlanta!

Meghan + Matt got married at The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. It was a great pleasure to work with this adorable couple to design and create their wedding stationery suite. {They are especially dear to our hearts since Meghan is Cam's second cousin!} Their custom stationery was printed on a white metallic shimmer card stock with a deep pink floral motif and deep pink and bright green wording. It was the perfect combination of that quaint southern charm mixed with the retro vibe of their vintage venue. Check out the gorgeous photos send to us from 35 Atlanta. Congrats Meghan and Matt!!
