~Fabulous Fall Friday~

Since fall is such a fabulous time of year and everyone loves the change in seasons today we wanted to highlight two of our fall weddings from the past. When you think of fall the first things that comes to mind are pumpkins, apples, and leaves with lots of orange, brown, green and yellow tones! But how to take all of that and incorporate it into your elegant wedding day? With both of these weddings they took a very different approach to give their wedding the fall vibe but both in a very elegant way! The first photo had leaf shaped escort cards printed on matte card stock hung on small branches and a menu with a green leafy motif and trendy brown font. In the second photo this couple choose a fun swirl flourish design with a double border and script font. They choose the metallic shimmer paper and swarovski crystals to make their stationery have a more elaborate look! Both weddings were amazing. ~Throwback Thursday~ Tattoo Couture

A few years back we had the pleasure of working with such a fun couple to create their couture stationery suite! Elena and Jason came to use with the idea of a tattoo inspired design with lots of color and fun elements! We took their ideas and made them into one of a kind invitation art! With all of the vibrant colors associated with the tattoo inspired design this stationery suite really made a statement! It was so much fun to be apart of their special day and truly showed the meaning of Lucky in Love! Please join us as we take a look back at Elena and Jason's celebration.

~Fabulous Friday~ Vanessa & Patrick's Wedding

A few years back we had the pleasure of working with this amazing couple to create their magnificent wedding stationery suite. The color palette for this wedding was ivory, gold, and black with crystal accents. The couture invitation was shipped in a custom silk box that included a mounted invitation card with their custom monogram and swarovski crystals. Other pieces included in this suite were escort cards, table numbers, menus, and programs all that followed the same elegant design motif. It was truly a pleasure to work with Vanessa and Patrick to help create their wedding day dreams! Please join us as we reflect on their FABULOUS wedding.

Wizard of Oz ~ Throwback Thursday

A few years back we had the honor of being part of a fabulous Wizard of Oz baby shower extravaganza. The color palette for the shower was red and yellow with a yellow brick road swirl design. This couture stationery suite was all started with a fun shower invitation complete with a magic wand and double ribbon. The coordinating pieces for the day of stationery included escort cards, table signage, and favor tag with ribbon all that followed the red and yellow color scheme and swirl design. Old Hollywood Couture ~ Throwback Thursdays

In September of 2009 our very own Cam Cottingham tied the knot. She was married at The Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City on the roof top at sunset. Her couture stationery suite was totally unique and a perfect combination of herself and her husband. Their custom skull monogram says it all with such elegance but a touch of rock and roll. The monogram with a purple border, black and white zebra print and lots of crystals was used through out their stationery suite, aisle runner, and custom cake.  Please join us as we take a look back at Cam and Patricks amazing wedding!

Southern Elegance

On a lovely spring evening at the exquisite Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina United States Marine Corp Sergeant Jeffrey Smeriglio and Brianna Croonquist were all set to tie the knot. The evening began with a beautiful ceremony in the social lobby followed by a cocktail hour on the veranda  at sunset, and reception in the Weaver room. To help set the vibe for their southern vintage wedding the couple chose a color palette of coral, taupe, black, and white.

Their stationery suite began with a save the date postcard and was followed by a custom designed  pocket folder invitation with a large monogram and swarovski crystals. The invitation was printed on white micha card stock with a black linen backing and included their custom vintage flourish on all of their pieces. Other items included in their stationery suite were hanging programs, table numbers, menus with name cards attached, a favor sign, signature drink signs, hotel box labels, hospitality basket signs, and a satin seating board. All of the pieces incorporated the vintage flourish design and swarovski crystals.

This wedding was fabulous from start to finish and with the expertise of the most amazing North Carolina wedding vendors the day went perfect! Coordinated Events did an amazing job with all the planning, preparations, and "Day of " coordinating. Becki Dickinson and her outstanding crew shot some of the most amazing photography and really documented the momentous parts of the day!
